The first time a substitute had to be sent because the plant ordered was not in stock (it happens), but the arrangement they sent in its place was quite large and very pretty. It also contained several flowers that opened a day or 2 after delivery, which made it even nicer. This last time I simply ordered the Florist's Choice Daily Deal, and it was also beautiful. The recipient loved both arrangements. I have had several bad experiences ordering online from other sites and it is nice to have found one I believe I can rely on to deliver consistently good quality, service, and value.

Beautiful arrangement sent. Wonderful customer service as they didn’t have exactly what was pictured, but they phoned and offered other similar flowers in abundance.
